SCHOOL MESSENGER: AUTOMATED CALLING SYSTEM
 
What is School Messenger?
It is an automated calling system that will inform you of the following:
  • Student Absences
  • Bus cancellations
  • Important messages or events within the school  (306-332-5566)
  • Important messages or events within the school division (306-949-6397)

When can I expect to be called?
  • You can expect to be called the day your child misses any classes.
  • You can also expect to be called if the school or a school division has a special announcement.

Please listen to the message.
  • It will ask you to press a number on your telephone keypad to acknowledge that you received the message.
  • Pressing this button indicates the call has been heard by someone in your household.

What should I do if I am called?
 
  • In most cases the messages are for your information only.  You do not need to do anything.
  • If the message is in regards to a student being absent please call the school to let us know why the student was absent.
  • Call the school if you missed the message or have any questions.
